How can we book your photography services?

What are the payment terms and methods?

A 15% deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment before the event qualifies for a 5% discount. The remaining balance (75%) is due before the event date, and the final 10% is due post-deliverables. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfers.

Absolutely! You can view our portfolio on our website, and we can also provide additional samples upon request.

Do you charge extra for travel?

No, there are no additional travel charges for our services.

  • Cancellation within 48 hours: Full refund.
  • Cancellation within 7 days: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation post 7 days: No refunds.

How long does it take to receive our photos and videos?

The typical turnaround time for receiving your photos and videos is as follows: 

Photos: Raw files and selected edited photos will be provided within 3-4 working days.

  1. Traditional video (40-50 minutes): Within 45 days.
  2. Edited photos (post selection of raw photos): 30 days.
  3. Cinematic videos: Between 30-45 Days.
  4. Wedding teaser and Instagram reel: Within 45 days.
  5. Cinematic film (6-8 minutes): Within 60 days.
